DRUG POSSESSION: A Hagerstown woman was arrested Sunday after a traffic stop on East Queen Street. Kimberly Ann Ray, 42, of 917 Mercer Drive, Hagerstown, was pulled over at about 5 p.m. after police saw her driving a Jeep in the wrong direction, according to Chambersburg Police.
